The harmonious mix of tradition and modernity

El Campero combines tradition and modernity, merging the kitchen of fishing villages on the Bay of Cádiz, with technical and presentation of vanguard. The red tuna is the undisputed star of the kitchen but at El Campero there is space for the fish market, arriving to the fish market every day by the fishermen, croaker, flounder, bocineros or romerotes, present in recipes of our mothers and grandmothers.
